イタリア語でspaghettiはもうすでに複数形なのですが、英語ではspaghetti は cakeと同じように、数えられない名詞でも数えられる名詞でもあります。数えられる Spaghettisは、いくつかのお皿に盛られたスパゲッティという意味になりますね。five spaghettis = 5 plates of spaghetti.
量の場合、または一般的にある店のスパゲッティーなどは、数えられないSpaghettiを使います。例えば、I ate a lot of spaghetti.（スパゲッティをたくさん食べました）

そうですね、Cakesを複数形にすると、ホールケーキの話になります。Cakeは数えられる名詞として、または、数えられない名詞としても使えます。数えられない名詞として使えば、ケーキの「量」、つまり「何切れ」の話になるので、そのお店がケーキ一切れ一切れ売っているのであれば、数えられない「cake」でいいと思います。
Cheapは「安い」という意味で、Reasonableは「安くないけど、高くない」というニュアンスがあるので、Sou polluxさんの言いたいことによりますが、どちらでもいいと思います。☺️

とても良い質問です！英語では、「数えられる名詞」と「数えられない名詞」があり、「数えられる名詞」は基本的にいつも「S」を付けて複数にすることができますが、例外の「数えられる名詞」にも関わらず、「Sを付けなくてもそのまま複数」というものがいくつかあります。「Staff」はその中の一つで、基本的にいつも複数のスタッフを指します。「Staff」の他には、「People」（人々）という単語もいつも複数の人を指し、一人を指したい場合、「Person」という別の単語を使います。英語は難しいですね😅
