Most people looked a bit shocked or concerned but Nick had a big grin on his face and you could tell he was excited. That right there to me showed how absolutely passionate he is about food and cooking. It was just nice to see that it isn't just for show. My grandma and I made cookies together all the time, and if we didn’t say no at any point, then we would end up eating the whole tray. They weren’t as beautiful as these cookies, but they were still pretty good.
I hate it when people say, "I found out the perfect recipe" when referring to cookies or something with a lot of variety. It's like saying, "I don't care about your preferences, mine are better." I know there are cookies that are Cakey, crispy, or chewy (molten), and most recipes just hit one. Im from Ecuador and my family owns a cacao farm... the secret for the best chocolate is to usea the cacao when is from yellow to green... cacao is a fruit that can sooo sweet and sour, the only bad thing is that if the fruit falls on ur clothes theres no way u can take it out at all... the way we cit cacao is using a tiny machete from the top i count like 4cm and cut it, it comes out like corn☺

I remember that I went to this place in Tokyo and they had a Chocolate Ramen for desert. Basically they used the shell of a Cocoa Pod for the broth, along with mixing in some thick creamy noodles, had chocolate bars on the side, and was cover in Cocoa Nimbs and whip cream. It was heaven 🤤

The funny thing is I was littrally just trying to find nick digiovanni cookies and all I could find is the edible cookie dough and as soon as I click of the video I get this notification and I was so happy
Tip: intead of waiting for a week to ferment a cacao, you can put those cacao under the sun make sure that there's somthing to the cacao to lie with so it don't get dirty and it will be fermented for just two days but if the cacao turns darker this way its just ok
