Amazing, I'm going to use this tutorial to create a variety of Tile designs for a bathroom. I did the floor plan and wall plans in Illustrator with simple lines, but it was hard to navigate visually. This method is perfect because I can create a 3D room perspective and vanity and toilet along with the tile designs on the walls. Honestly thank-you for creating this awesome tutorial I randomly found
As a 2D designer, I found this new 3D feature useful for simple 3D assets. Mostly because Blender has a learning curve. Also, I’ve used dimension before.
I used Photoshop to apply a tile design to a wall but it wasn't scaled properly and I wanted more control. So I tried illustrator and created a 2D floor plan like in architecture class in highschool lol, then I created wall plan 2D, and applied the correct pattern of tile with the right size and I can see how many tile I'm going to use for the project for example, I am a Tile installation professional and I wanted to learn how to do my own interior design for clients to select their favorite designs easier, before we buy the materials and begin the process. So as I said in my other comment, 2D was hard to navigate visually for an untrained eye. And this video is the perfect solution I was looking for because I can create a point of view of the room, looking at a corner, so 2 walls and a floor, or looking at a flat wall with two 3D walls, one on each side. With my tile layout on them and maybe more variety .
Hey, if you have any suggestions for me as an exchange for my comments, please feel free to advise if this is possible. I would be interested in seeing a video of something like this applied to tile layout design in 3D in a simpler program like illustrator, maybe I'm incorrect but I like to measure the wall and how many tiles fit in it and how it looks from a scale perspective. I'm a complete beginner to interior design and it is day 3 in my learning process. Appreciate your work and I hope to see what your response will be

Thanks D&B, click click & it’s done 👍
Then I am going to export the image to InDesign and create a simple catalogue of different options for my clients to explore
