    For the addition resistance. Clip it to one hook, and run it through hooks on the opposite side. The closer the 2nd ring, the lower the resistance. The farhter the 2nd ring, the higher the resistance. Easier to cross from one side all yhe way to the other side. 1-1 2-2, etc. The change the resistance by going like 1-2, 1-3, etc, in that manner.

    when I got that, I just replaced the resistance bands with stronger ones I already had and got some pretty good squat workout!

      Such as interchangable bands from a third party?

      What brand of band did it have protective coating too

      @@BodyTransformationExpert I am assuming they did since they sell them on amazon pretty cheap but you have to be sure they come with the hooks. Also if you double up on bands it increases the weight!

    16:21 you can very easily set a bench across the base and then easily do your lifts. Just pay attention to possible anchoring or stabilization.

    Love this board, does wonders for the body if you use it right.

    I wanted see when doing squats , how stable the board. But you didnt show it. Can you tell me if I add extra bands for squat like 80kg cable , will the Hooks on the board strong enough to handle that ?

    A drop of 3in1 oil should do the trick to smooth out the pulling of the rings.

    Enjoyed the video. Are you still using it? Good for upper body strength training?

    • @BodyTransformationExpert
      @BodyTransformationExpert  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is very good for upper body, the bands have to travel farther so I would say it is even better at upper body work than lower body work

    This is a very helpful, well-explained video that is perfect for your audience. Well, except for some of the camera work, but even so . . .

    GREAT video, this really helped me make a decision. You are correct, they should do a better job explaining how to make the different connections! GREAT Video!

    What would you recommend to have as a universal workout system for body strength? Something as compact and light as possible without need to mount into wall / ceiling and without iron stuff? I liked this one, but surely it cannot replace all the exercises... Probably this one + some bench transformer with ability to use rubber bands + wider set of rubber bands would be enough? I wish if the bands had equivalent of the load in kilos...

    • @mynotes280
      @mynotes280 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the weight measurements on all bands are so imprecise they are almost worthless. I mean they help to know how they compare to each other, from the same manufacturer, but not to compare to other bands or to weights. you have to develop an intuition for the bands you are using regardless of how they are labelled in my experience.

    • @Nafiganado
      @Nafiganado 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mynotes280 I think you're right. Eventually I've bought SportVida rubber bands set + a metal bar + bench transformer. It's unusual to do exercises with bands after weights due to its physics. But all in all I'm satisfied.

    • @mynotes280
      @mynotes280 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Nafiganado Yeah, I used to be biased against bands because so many of them suck and they used to be designed for low resistance only. But I'm slowly coming around. You can get an intense workout with good bands.

      The Total Gym is much better although is quite a bit more expensive and it takes up a bit more space - although it does slide under a normal bed.

  • @buzznugget
    @buzznugget 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have very small space. Would you recommend this as my only exercise combined with some jogging?

    • @BodyTransformationExpert
      @BodyTransformationExpert  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exercise is absolutely dependent upon how hard you work, the structure of your workouts, and what your goals are.
      In the right hands, this absolutely can help you build some muscle and reach adequate amounts of muscle for most people. If you want to take it to the next level, having heavier weights, kettlebells etc would be very useful.
      But to get things started. This is a great peice of equipment!

    Looking for something for my wife who wants to start working out at home. Is this a good option or would you recommend something else?

    • @BodyTransformationExpert
      @BodyTransformationExpert  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question, I think this is something that is a great way to start strength training for a beginner to novice. As she progresses and wants to intensify leg movements, specifically squats, I would recommend free weights or a kettlebell

    Nice video! I am considering the Bodyboss as well. Are you still using yours and if so how are you liking it and how is it holding up?

    • @BodyTransformationExpert
      @BodyTransformationExpert  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not that I didn't use it, but I gave it away to a client who uses it daily and really enjoys it.
      From my understanding it is holding up very well.
