Great video. I love the home gym tours. Coop, can you do more leg extension/lying leg curl reviews. Things like the ironmaster bench leg curl attachment, the body-solid glce365 leg extension/curl, and prime fitness leg curl/leg extension. Keep up the great work!

I have a spare bedroom gym so it’s nice to see other set ups.
Great video, my gym is similar to this, except I have a spin bike and gym rings, but I do have a pulley system like this one and squat rack.
More of this, busy mom’s and dad’s, families making what they have work. Do I love the over the top “I have everything” “perfectly laid out” gym/barn/storage unit YES that’s cool but what about 1 car garage, these parents that made a bedroom work. F*ing awesome, and realistic. Let’s see a guy on a budget with some sand filled basketballs and a weight vest in a shed getting yoked. Love it! Keep up the good work and the great reviews but don’t forget, most of us are making due in a shed/garage/back yard.
we see enough of that already, we need more videos on the expensive setups instead

Hello Coop, I'm sure that you are already aware of the mid-row attachment made for the Ares that is on a Flexmarksthespot video. I bought mine on Etsy and it was a little pricey but well worth the cost. Anderson Welding LLc is the name of the small shop that sells it. I've never seen it on any of your videos but would like too...
Thank you for showing us a home gym can be setup in even a small bedroom (which is what I was planning for mine). That PRX fold down rack is clutch for that use case. Would love a top down look at the floor plan to kind of see what it looks like from a space planning perspective. And what she keep inside the closet. For a bedroom that’s such a great place to store off the wall itemss
Also, just one small critique, but was it just me or was Coop not as enthusiastic in this take as he is in all his other videos? You could sparks of it when he was talking about equipment, but the actual “interview” parts seemed like it was more dry. Just a lot of “okay, sure”. Kinda got the vibe PRX like paid for this or pitched it to Coop and he just went with it not knowing exactly what he’d be walking in to? Idk, maybe it’s just me 🤷♂️
Either way, was super glad to see and was super helpful seeing this type of bedroom layout vs the larger garage gyms setups. Keep up the great work Coop!

I have an off the subject comment, but it is definitely related to Fitness. Why is Rogue Fitness focusing on clothing items like Crocs or challenges instead of fitness equipmen? The main reason why there are so many Rogue fans is because they make quality equipment but here lately they are being surpassed by Rep Fitness. Are they just tired of Titan Fitness copying everything that they make? Even if Titan Fitness does that, the American public still would like Rogue Fitness to improve what they already sell. I just don’t understand why Bill Henniger is not demanding excellence from the development team. Or maybe there is a tidal wave of new products coming, and we just don’t know about it?

I'm confident but on my way to discover something I never knew before... I'll help you with any DIY project and have every tool for every job...I'll show you something you've never knew before as well. My mustache guides us through the night. It goes camping with a button down for work the next day. It's what brings a son up strong and a daughter up in love. It both serves and protects. It is trailblazing and conventional. Both timeless and classic.

This is NOT a budget home gym tour. There was no break down of what was spent and anyone who knows PRX knows they are not budget friendly with most of their equipment.
I'm all for home gym tours, and this was great if thats all it was. But this was misleading and clearly a commercial for PRX. Which is fine but maybe focus on their cheapest products if thats the case for the title to make sense.
Your older budget home gyms tours are far more realistic and break down the numbers at the time and made it feel possible and fun to follow along.
I know you guys are trying to get bills paid and what not, but this is losing that fitness gear nerdiness and turning into corporate commercials disguised as organic content thats obvious to see through.
Just be sincere with your content and I'll respect that and watch what appeals to me.
I love you guys, and I have faith in your teams to make more honest and sincere content moving forward.
Please cover new equipment aka Bolt Fitness, Vulcan etc. i get PRX pays the bills but please mix in some other videos with the PRX and Eleiko ads

I love these "on a budget" titles. And then you got an entire room dedicated to your gym. Including a rack, one or more cardio machines, dumbbell, barbell, kettlebell, different adjustments, pyloboxes etc. xD I guess it depends what "on a budget" means right? ^^ Anyways, nice home gym.

Disagree about sodium i teack macros always over on sodium
Sodium really depends on the individual. I would say most Americans consume too much sodium and dont drink enough water. However, there are athletes (especially distance runners) that need additional electrolytes. This just isn't a product that most people need.
