Since 2004 Unicorn is a successful vehicle in Indian market bcoz of its silent engine, 5 step adjustable suspension, wider handle bars, simple and classic look, 140 kg weight gives more stability, Programmed fuel Injection system gives good pickup more mileage easy start at any climatic conditions and it has equipped with more sensors whic make self diagnostic to identify the issues in early stage and indicates you. I changed my dull head light into high power led.
Some fault in unicorn
Lack of stability in rear brake. There is a 100% chance of slip during rainy season and also in normal days.
It will make you trouble during cold start or after long time .

Superb bro.. Nice review.. I am having this bike from past 50 days.. At 4500 to 5000 rpm range only vibration there.. Apart from vehicle is good.. After idling always choke on in this vehicle about 90 seconds because of PGM FI engine... But it's value for money product... Especially for office and family outing persons...somehow it's old in features but it's always class in mass my black horse 🐎😘

@arul : I had a BS3 unicorn. False neutral was a classic unicorn trait but gradually after first service it went off. Head light is poor, check if you can enhance

I bought unicorn bs6 two months before.. Happy with it. Same as you reviewed and mostly depend on front brake for quick braking. But in highway headlamp has widespread so easy to travel in pith dark conditions.

Problems that I am facing with bs6 unicorn 160
I have completed almost 15000kms in my unicorn bs6 160 2021 modell after 2nd service my bike started to give problems
1. While starting engine it will take 1 minute to heat up, this happens everytime and especially in winter it will take more than 2 minutes.
2. For every 2500 kms it gives problem in break shoe.
3. There is Gear shifting problem after 3rd service
4.there is bike wobbles problem after shifting 2nd gear for more than 10 seconds.
5. Issue with kicker (daily morning I use kicker) which feels uncomfortable, not starting in first kick.
6. Very poor headlight illumination after finishing free service we need to change to led for better illumination.
Only one best part is engine smoothness, no noise even after 14000 kms.
Is this bike good for people who have back pain coz of PULSAR 150 NEON😑?

Try getting a 55W halogen bulb bro.
Try to change to Focus of headlight. Adjust the focus in such a way that the high beam light hits the road instead of hitting in the eyes of people. It has worked for me on my splendor. Honda /Hero honda bikes have very poor headlight.
Am also facing same problem bro.. night la drive panurathuku comfortable ah ila.

Starting problem in BS6 2022. Every time you start it goes on auto choking for one minute. Sometimes more than a min. Even when you are very urgent you cannot start driving your unicorn BS6. So test engine cool downed vehicles so u can understand exactly what the issue is. think twice before you buy it.

It will be manageable bro. FZ V3, Xtreme 160R and even Gixxer 155 will be comfortable.
