I Have A Laptop With Intel Core i3 2GB Ram,I did the settings (I changed the render distance to 8 chunks) it gave 55/60 FPS But If I Install A Simple Not Very Demanding Shader It stays on 50/48 FPS (the Shader Name is not visible I found it randomly 2 weeks ago)

Use sodium for best performance u will get 100+ fps with sodium and iris is recommended as it supports you to put any shader and use it in fabric

in multiplayer i get consistent 70 (limited) FPS , but in singleplayer my framerate spikes from 70 to 0 to whatever else ,

tbh best you can do is turn off your internet as well. with the same settings I had 12 fps, but turning off my internet genuinely made me have 40+ fps even with good graphics

If you have intel integrated graphics you can set your vram to 512mb and your game will be butter but you need at least 6gb ram
