Wao! Wao! You really nailed it , this is the best video so far on ewa sauce preparation . It looks exactly 💯 the way it looks in the sellers pot. Weldone ma. I just had to subscribe n like before ending the video.Thank you so much 👍👍👍
Please if you want to prepare it in large quantity for sale, is it still d same procedure and will I get this dried ingredients like this in the market? I just subscribed.
yes same procedure but larger quantity...regarding dried ingredient, yes, you can get it in the local market...most especially the red oil, if you don't get a good red oil, just forget about the soup🔥🔥🔥
this is not shito, as a Ghanaian, you add tomatoes paste, ginger, garlic, groundnut oil, blended dry fish but this is ewa agoyin sauce which doesn't add up like shito but instead uses red oil and bell pepper, if you manage to taste both sauces you will know they are totally different 🤣🤣🤣 here is the link to shito th-cam.com/video/MicnxWVPkSs/w-d-xo.html
I have watched you several times, but I am realizing today you are a Nigerian. I never knew. In Ghana it's same way we prepare black pepper also known as Shitor. But we use vegetable oil instead of palm oil. So what do u guys use to eat this sauce? U did not say. Thx for your time and everything.
th-cam.com/video/zQKbJa7_Iwg/w-d-xo.html...here is the video of the eating...the food is called ewa agoyin, its may look like shito but the taste are totally different here is the link of our shito th-cam.com/video/MicnxWVPkSs/w-d-xo.html
I don't think that putting off your blender and turning it on immediately is proper, give it 10 seconds rest before turning on. The sauce looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

Well done this good. But why did you removed the seeds which is in a plate?
too much seeds equals to how hot the pepper will be, you can add all if you like hot pepper👍❤️
So yummy❤! I remembered when I was in Alapere- Ketu, Lagos

Can we put both ginger and garlic together and why is water not added to it
ginger and garlic was added but no water due to the frying process 👍❤️

This is shito in Ghana but we add tomato puree and fish powder
this is not shito, as a Ghanaian, you add tomatoes paste, ginger, garlic, groundnut oil, blended dry fish but this is ewa agoyin sauce which doesn't add up like shito but instead uses red oil and bell pepper, if you manage to taste both sauces you will know they are totally different 🤣🤣🤣 here is the link to shito th-cam.com/video/MicnxWVPkSs/w-d-xo.html
Are people still adding tomatoe paste to shito? The original recipe contains no such ingredient, tastes better and has longer shelf life
is it spicy ?
