Hi! Great video! You should make a video about triggering, which is the best for different exams( liver, bile duct, kidneys, standart abdomen etc). Have a nice rest of the day!
Hi Bac, can you tell me if I can do this with 2 larg flex coils on Siemens Magnetom Sempra 1.5T? I have tried it and I cant turn on both coils on. I can just turn on half of the other coil..
Hi Bac! Thanks for video! Tell me pls,if i put the patiеnt position feet first prone, and put body coil in his back, results wiil be like in this video?
Hi Bac, I really enjoyed the video and your knowledge. My only question is how could you use DRB with BreatHold and 2 concatenations? When I tried it it wasn't possible.
Hi Bac, we tried this and signal of liquid became more hipointense. Also, all tissue becomes more hipointense. Can you assume what causes the problem? ..thank you!
True I don’t think many have these coils yet. BUT the intention with the video is to think outside the box. It’s not always standard setup which is the best setup. I haven’t tried it body 18 front and back. But very interesting thought you got there
@@pradeepuniyals yes two reasons. 1. Sar calculation would be more correct whenever doing head first. At least from siemens systems. 2. Using head coil posterior part it’s much easier to position the patient in the middle of the table. If the patient is laying too oblique you might suffer from sat saturation. Using a pillow can also be done but be very careful position the patient in the middle.
Can you explain an MRI cardic to children under anesthesia? How can I get a good quality with free breathing sequances ? I work in a children's hospital for birth defects, and this examination is very demanding. I have no problem doing the examination for adults, but with children and without stopping the breath, it is difficult, so I ask for your help
Does MRI detect CKD stage 1 ? My EGFR was 107 , I just had protein and blood in urine once specially after very heavy exercise and alcohol use . The other urine test didn't show protein and blood. Two general practitioners said that I have kidney disease, but eurolojist said it's not kidney disease after checking all the blood and urine test and MRI . I'm confused, do I have kidney disease?
thanks for reaching out, i cant answer you on this. i am the one who acquire these images, and we have radiologist who make the report. wish you the best.
@@Nguyen_MRI I mean if you should explain how you did this directly in the MRI software as you did in the previous videos where you record the software directly

Amazing results. Love thinking out of the box. Pls keep posting.

Maybe you dont have enough channels?
Would this improve the DWI for the prostate?
I haven’t tried that since we don’t do prostate at our site. But would be very interesting to know it it does or not 🤔
You're a genius I have seen a lot of videos but yours are fantastic i hope you be an ingineer and make courses all over the world 🌍
Thanks for kindly words ☺️
Definitely trying this....amazing images
Definitely trying this for sure 😊🤩

Thank you. I'm not sure because i haven't tried that.
yes, please can you do a video about triggering parameters? will be so helpful
Wow
I'll try it of course 👌

I just went to the settings and made it as breath hold. Then I tried to get the time and keep the snr with two concats.
@@Nguyen_MRI okay, I'll try again. Thanks for the confirmation that it should work
Yes
❤ Hi bac, really nice imaging
Thank you so much
Is the breathing triggering still working when the coil in place posteriorly
Yes as seen on the results.

I need to see the images. Please send to my email if possible.
@@Nguyen_MRI Where can I find your email?
I think the moste people dont have lange UFL. What about one Body in Front and back? Same results?

Thumb up
Hi Bac, if someone have "UFL" but not "DRB". Would u still recommend to use of UFL on back?
Good question. I think it still be better. The Dwi is done without deep learning.
@@Nguyen_MRI & any specific reason to go head first? Does it really matter in this case?

@@Nguyen_MRII agree with big time.
Please define UFL and DRB. What do they stand for. Thanks in advance.
Thank you bac
Thanks please the option of deep resolve where it is found in the resolution thanks
If you have it. It should be in the acceleration card

I wonder if this combination of coils can be used to examine the prostate. How do you think?
I haven’t done so. But would be awesome if it works.
I am wondering the same thing.
