@@MrChach1ng since unknown killed the wolf thing, it didn't appear in tekken tag 2 because tag 1 and tag 2 are kinda cannon to each other.
Unknown's ending is just as outstanding now as it was back then.
9:45 I just noticed that if unknown grabs an enemy unknown, the wolf spirits are actually grappling each other. I never even knew this was a thing

At 7:40 , I think he was able to reset because he went from Kunimitsu to Yoshimitsu. You'll notice the weapons change mid combo :)
I love in the mirror match how the wolf demon thingy does the grapple to the other uknowns wolf just based on their positioning

i prefer her TTT1 design, she looks much more scary and corrupted (just look at the loading screen and look at jun and unknown and how different they are but still the same person) its shows so well that jun is not herself when she is unknown, i dont get the same feel when i look at her TTT2 version, she doesnt look that intimidating anymore, even when the fighting style is better and less like mokujin

I agree when I was about 9 playing this shit? She gave me the creeps big time! Especially when her eyes glow yellow and wolf looks terrifying above her! Unknown was better on TTT1 than TTT2! I really loved that game now seeing the gameplay as a full grown adult I love it even more and better than TTT2!

Im super glad you made a video on this, i saw this yesterday and thought it was wicked as hell, really happy to hear your take on it :D
Personally thought this Unknown looked hotter than the one we got for TTT2, given her character portrait and her CG ending. I also loved seeing the floating wolf demon behind her. There was also the fact that Unknown was never supposed to be the same as Jun; at best, she was related to her, but in the end she was a separate person, another preference I have over TTT2 caving in and making the two one and the same. On the other hand, I was glad that TTT2 Unknown was not a mimic, but her own character (even if it was a powered up version of Jun). I always felt TTT1, awesome as that TAS looked, wasted her design on being a mimic, and that ending punctuated this for me. Oh well. I always liked Unknown, so I'm happy to see any vid on her.

It was completely random what character you would get, though. So unless you mastered every single character in the game, you would not be able to do some, if not all, of these cool combos.
@@dave9020 Even if you know every character, it changes randomly so you don't know what character you'll get next, so you can't really do combos like this

Unknown isn't Jun in Tag 1, this Unknown was supposed to be Jun's sister.

I know that's what it is in Tag 2 but these games aren't canon to anything so I don't think that the way she's written in Tag 2 retcons the story for her in Tag 1.

@@michaelhenderson3652 Yes which is why she looked like Jun but wasn't her. Unknown in this game isn't Jun because they didn't go forward with the original idea she was changed to Jun in Tag 2. They are different people in both games. But it wouldn't have been canon anyways aside from the Tag games so yeah.
It should have been, then in the canon it would maybe explain why Jun was gone.
Would be quite terrifying if I ever fight someone that can do change attack style thingy like that.

Not every, she couldn't copy Jacks and Bears and other exceptions.
I dreamt that some of these combos was possible with unknown but I thought her changing stance was a limitation. Somehow with TAS there is no stance change delay or lag??!!! Also unknown's fighting style is loosely based off of kareem adbul jabbar's "unknown" style which symbolizes the highest mastery of martial arts.
I swear, sometimes it is so satisfying to watch a TAS of a fighting game than any other genre

But once she FINALLY got added, they claim, “Oh I don’t like her new voice, therefore I don’t like her anymore.” What’s even funnier is that Stephanie Sheh’s been voicing Julia since Tekken 6 but none of them complained about her voice acting in Tekken 6 and Tag 2. They’re kinda full of shit and makes me disgusted as a Julia fan.

@@Darksupernovae no she is not dead Harada confirmed years ago that the scene seen in Tekken 3 intro is a mirage that made Jin think she is dead. Kazuya confirmed that Jun is missing and he knows about her disappearance in events that took place before Tekken 3. Harada even confirmed years ago around Tekken 7 reveal that Jun will comeback when the time is right meaning when the story reaches a certain point that symbolizes her need to return, and also when he reach 5k followers that talk about her inevitable return in which he exceeds that over 10 times already. In Tekken 4 it's been revealed at the conclusion when Jin spared Heihachi and his unconscious father, it was Jun that convince him to spare them because Jin still doesn't know that both of them are just lost in rage and hatred over the feud and Kazuya is being influenced by Devil in which both of them can still be saved unlike Jinpaichi who didn't have a choice and was being controlled by an unknown vengeful Demonic being.

Sweet! also I have to remind everyone,in tekken tag 1 unknown was suppose to be jun's sister that's why they looked nothing alike in the first game,she was later changed to her being an evil form of jun in the second game,plus the tag games aren't canon,because jun doesn't have the devil gene,only jin,kazuya and kazumi have it.

After watching this I kinda hope "unknown" is added into 7 and they give her a crazy hybrid moveset like here(different combos using multiple styles mixed) If they ain't gonna add Jun with a Unknown skin anyway.
If they wouldn't do a hybrid moveset maybe have a mimic move that copies the current opponent for a move or something

Is this how you use Unknown here in TT1 ? If I remember correctly, shes like mokujin, you have to switch to change character moves
You can swap instantly with R3 with her, unlike Mokujin that has to tag out and go back in for his style to change

Unknown in TTT1 used to be Jun's non-cannon left handed sister. She has the same devil gene mark like Jin on her arm and is corrupted by this wolf spirit. Never really explained if she actually has the devil gene or not (probably), on top of that she still saved Jin in Ogre's TTT1 ending. In TTT2 they forgot about the sister idea and turned Unknown into an just evil version of Jun. Unknown is probably the scenario "What if Jun was also corrupted by the devil gene" and the very only character with a CG ending in TTT1.
It is stated that the devil Gene was passed down from kazumi so how did Jun get it. I never understood that
