if u own mourningdale fort, can u use old t5 mats ( one part only ) aswell instead of prismatic? works for armoring&engineering etc

I am not sure, what you want to craft with that mats. Can you be more specific?
If you own fort, then you can use runic leather instead of prismatic leather yes,( only one material t5).

In my recipe, I cant see scarabs, repair parts and chromatic seal. Only prismatic resources.

You need to have scarab in your inventory or in storage of city where you want to craft.
