[4K] New England Central Railroad's New Look!

Hello everyone! In this video we take a look at the New England Central Railroad and the first 611 job to sport the company's newly acquired and revived General Electric C40-8W "Dash 8" locomotives. NECR now rosters eight of these dash 8 locomotives to phase out the older 6 axle EMD locomotives. With the commotion a few days before I had to give chase as NECR's 611 Brattelboro, VT to Palmer, MA and back turn job would have a trio of these newly revived locomotives in fresh Genesee & Wyoming paint. Leading the train south to Palmer would be NECR 4064 (of Conrail origins) and leading back north to Brattleboro would be NECR 4063 (also of Conrail origins) and in the middle would be NECR 4066 (of CSX origins). The aspect of Conrail's heritage with the two would get everyone and their grandmother out to see this train! Come along, as we follow the new face of the New England Central Railroad on job 611 south and north!
I should also note, a surprise caught myself and a few other railfans off guard after NECR 611 was the appearance of the Berkshire & Eastern's EDBF, East Deerfield, MA to Bellows Falls, VT job with two Pan Am Railways veteran GP40 locomotives!

Boy, those old - nines that they bought from BNSF sure do look good with that new pain on them. They look like brand new engines.
