It's just 50 minutes from Bangalore. A must visit weekend gateway for everyone. Best picnic spot with family (Either cook there or a dry picnic would be awesome) We thought of a dry picnic and we really had a great time there.
Our furry friend Justin loved the place. meeting new people there and gazing the nature was super fantastic. We just found ourselves a cozy place just next to the Banyan tree. You know what we did there 😅 built a small DIY shade.
Recently Avathi Lake has got lot of things to do. Kayaking is a new thing added there along with boating. fresh Fish fry if you are foodie for sure. Night camping at your own risk and also there is a group of teams from whom you can go for a hike, do camping and much more. How can we forget about the professional photography? Marriage photo shoot, reels, and much more.
Much more to do near Avathi lake. You also can go to Nandi Hills which is so close by. loads of resorts and homestay along the way.
