  • Throughout life, we often struggle with feelings of guilt, self-pity, and rejecting parts of ourselves. We try to hide our weaknesses, feeling inadequate and incompetent. Sometimes, we become self-righteous and judge others to protect ourselves. This behaviour makes us feel small and disconnected from genuine self-love and kindness.
    Self-acceptance changes how we see ourselves and the world. It helps us move beyond guilt, self-pity, and rejection, and towards a life filled with self-love, kindness, and real connections. When we accept our flaws and love ourselves anyway, we can extend that love and acceptance to others, creating a positive and compassionate environment.
