I have said numerous times you have to be flexible in whatever you are doing. Great advice and showing why and how to improve your projects when needed.
As a retired firefighter we always used “adapt and overcome”. Great expression for sure! This video is timely for me. Recently i was making a sign for some friends, after carving the inset for their name I thought I would burn the letters with a torch. Didn’t work well. The char ran through the grain and looked horrible!! I sanded the whole thing down and re-did using outset letters. It was a lot of work but came out pretty good. Oak is nice wood, i don’t think ill use it for signs🤪. Adapt and overcome for sure. I learned a ton on this project. Thanks guys! I love your videos. Keep up the good work. God bless your families and all the best for 2025!! Tim Halleran
We use to say in the Marine Corps..........Observe , Adapt & Overcome. IT ALWAYS WORKED. Love watching your shows. They inspire me. Have a GREAT & SAFE DAY.
Great to see you guys again. Will you be at Woodworkers Source in Tempe March 8th? They are having a woodworking contest. Hope to see you there . Blessings!!!
Love those tables. Would a rubber strip insert be better for holding the glass. The type of rubber strips that you put around your door for draughts. 1/8 of an inch or similar width.
Heartbreak Ridge was a fantastic movie, then again pretty much any movie that starred Clint Eastwood was great. Love the tables and since this is showing after you were at Cowboy Christmas, did they upgrade help them sell better.
They drew allot of attention and lookers. Not much in sales yet but several follow ups look promising. Big ticket items like this sometimes take a while to close the sale.
I like the wooden boarder much better than the metal retainers. The metal retainers , to me, give it the "modern" look" I like the wood and especially with your tables. Very eye appealing for my taste.
I love heartbreak ridge but the language is a bit much. What’s the PT uniform of the day? I don’t know but if you call the gal that’s sets it out for him, everyone will be wearing the same thing.
