    I use to be really into working out as I played soccer both indoor and out door but for the last 10 years I've pretty much taken care of my elderly folks and being a full time single mom and working 40+ hours per week ive just given up on it.. I guess you could say "I'M IN THE FITNESS PROTECTION PLAN" 😂😂 But you do get me motivated and I think I told you before but my son has really changed his life and has gotten into working out and eating better thanks to you

    man this is awesome, currently 19 trying to get into boxing. is it to late? I also enjoy lifting and running as you do, I definitely see the benefits in it also.
