my way of remembering genu valgum is the fact that the word "valgum" contains the word "gum". I imagine a piece of gum causing the knees to stick together.
This is a brilliant explanation of how the joints interact with each other and the different variations that can occur at the joint between two bones. Very interesting and very helpful as a surgical assistant.
I see this all the time due to muscle tightening and shortening and hypercalcification of soft tissue or the opposing hyper acidity and fluid retention which causes softened tissue ,hyperflexion and bone softening . Mind -muscle-skeletal . Most people have a displacement . Mechanically it's like doing a wheel alignment to stop you going in circles lol
thank you sir, i found your this video, will you teach some more about equino varus, equino valgus ,cubitus varus and cubitus valgus too? that would be awesome.

So good Sam. I’ve always got valgus and varus mixed up, and now my confusion is cured!
I’ve heard a few of these terms referred to in chiropractic work when discussing knee alignment. This is great information, thanks!
Thanks a lot for your precious explanations dear doctor ❤🌹🌹
Vielen Dank für ihren wertvolle Arbeit !
