A lot of women I know on both my Indian and Lebanese side eat a lot, and even more meat and cheese than she does and are slim. The point is to stay active and train your muscles that will keep you slim in the long run.
She does exercises and that’s why her figure is slim. It’s all about eating everything in moderation as well and that’s exactly what she does. To me, she looks great for her age and she looks beautiful.
