Would like a movie about putting the Hymer into hibernation!
Glad you like the insights. The ‘hibernation’ is called winterised but at the moment our vehicle is in the garage getting the heating fixed! Plus a service. We didn’t intend to let Hamish hibernate as it has a winter pack to allow year round use.
Hi, It seems that this B-MLI880 can finally be bought in Japan as well. I will have to wait at least a year until the car is delivered, but I am looking forward to it.😊👍

@@brilliant_camping One of the greatest things about the Mercedes based models is how easy to drive they are. Theyre very easy, stable and comfortable. We have the automatic version which we would thoroughly recommend.
Im afraid thats not the case when travelling from uk to france (post brexit) we we’re sent to get a certificate from a vet because the rabies jab wasnt in an eu passport and we are resident in the eu. We had both a gb and eu passport but were still sent to lighten our purses of 200 pounds at a local vet. I might add the french let us into uk but no to getting out.
@@BellasBigAdventures I live in Luxembourg and I can confirm that the EU have confirmed that the UK EU Passport is still OK. I raised the question via the EU contact webpage and eventually received a reply from them confirming this. We did however obtain new EU pet passports as our travel to and from the UK came before the EU reply. When we arrived at the Eurotunnel they stapled the two passports together. EU reply: If the address of the owner inserted in the passport is in the EU, the passport is still valid. If the address of the owner is in GB, it is no longer valid. EU Reference Case# 259426

Its baffling about time they just created a uk passport to save rip off vets in uk charging a fortune every trip! We do now have an eu passport with the rabies jab in it but i was hopping mad at the time as surely the important part if that the animal is vaccinated and fit to travel?! 🤷♀️
