Is it law to have the siren on during the night with minimal traffic? Against the law here in Australia unless you're dealing with traffic at an intersection or similar scenarios.
Wasn't against the law in Victoria (CFA). Was more of a courtesy to not use sirens. But there was no law as such. Code 1 was defined as lights and/or sirens

The law states here that if you are actively responding with lights then siren must me active as well.

What state? here in Ohio, it is illegal not to stop for emergency vehicles regardless of the direction
Kentucky. Same law applies here.

I’m allowed 5 over in the city and 10 outside of the city. Video doesn’t do a justice of my actual speed.
