While not easy, I do appreciate how you guys are incorporating more the views from side hikes and what not. It adds a ton of depth and quality to your work!
Thank you.
Matt: That is one massive hole! Cara: That’s what he said!!!😂😂😂 I could not stop laughing.
Great quote by Maynard !
I like how you narrate your video and make it so interesting by adding history, pep talk and scenery, thank you
I grew up close to the Fortuna Mine. Been doing that trail since the 70’s. I know just about every trail there is in the Gila Mountains as well as the Tinajas Altas. I wish I had the space and time here to share it all with you. Here’s a little something for you. You felt like you were all alone and in the middle of nowhere. Trust me you were being watched during every step of your trip. 😂
I love how you start out with a Maynard quote. I’m a huge fan of Tool and A Perfect Circle.
There looks to be very little dust being kicked up! Nice video guys and gals😁
Wow! Beautiful and quiet! This will go on my list. Ty for the video. Y’all be safe.
That trip looked fun, congrats! 😊
Man, you were in my backyard! We winter in Yuma and I have done the highway of Death! Was a great experience.
If you want to do some of those back trails, come back next winter and I will take you!! Cheers.
You are on your way to 100 K subscribers. Won’t be long. You deserve it.
Thank you.
Bucket list trail! Wish I knew about it when I lived in Tucson. Great job capturing its feeling
There are some beautiful views out there. I’d love to head out there and try some of those trails if I ever get time off work. It’s sad to hear how many folks have died walking out there. But, I can understand the allure of the hike.
The Devil’s Road, or the way of the Devil ❤; that is where Rocklanders go to play 😅
Hi Matt, Cara and Rooster, it was really nice to see two awesome channels OOA and Epic Family Road Trip share their experiences. Thank you 😊
Great trip. you started your journey about a mile from our place. We make the run to Tule Wells, then north from there thru Christmas pass and back to Yuma a couple of times a year. Normally we run it in side by sides, which makes the trip a little quicker than the jeep. Lots of history all thru the area.
Kind of cool. I was just there yesterday and seeing your video this morning.
Keep exploring and sharing.
Thanks, will do!
I love you guys and all your videos. Keep getting after it.
You are showing how passionate you are with overlanding and how you are a wonderful ambassador for the Ozarks .
The ozarks are at the top of my list of places to explore.
Oh man I’ve been waiting on a collab with @ epic family road trip!!!! I love it.
As always another great production Thanks for sharing
Wow. I'm loving this combined trip. It's fantastic that you get 3 different perspectives. Looking forward for what's next in this great adventure! You guys stays safe.
I just posted a few minutes ago but I also want to add a little something!!! Cara girl you look great honey! The reason I posted this is because my wife has lost weight and has been strong! You both keep up the hard work 💪🏻
The music is on point 👌
Awesome to see you in this area. There's SO much great offroading in Arizona, and its been underplayed on your channel compared to Utah/Colorado/New Mexico. I think you'll find the state really rewarding as you do some more exploring
I'll be camping just outside that area next week on a private 80 ace lot being designed for dispersed camping.
Yay!! So Love the video! I’ve followed y’all for, forever you and EFRT!! I absolutely love when who I follow gets together with other TH-camrs and travel together!! Love it!! 🤙🏻 keep it up y’all
Much Love 🫶🏻
688 - If ya'll want to learn about another really sad story about pioneers traveling west, look into the history of Donner Pass and who it's named for.
I did this trail in 1981 on an XL250 Honda with 2 other guys on 250 Hondas. This was 43 years ago, I am now 84 years old. We went from Ajo to a Cabin with a windmill in two days, camped one night somewhere besides the the cabin with a windmill, South of Tacna Az. We stayed at a motel in Tacna and rode I-8 back towards Tucson. This trip started in Tucson as we rode from Tucson to Ajo to get the permits. The guys that I rode with are both gone now. Back then the only thing between the US and Mexico was a fence post once in a while. Never seen any illegals or border patrol.
Matt love all your videos, always look forward to the next. What brand is your roof top tent, and is it light
Thanks!! It's an iKamper BDV. I have a full video on it. I love it. I wouldn't call it light but it's also not heavy either.
Have we missed something? Where has Goose been ? Btw, love the new pup too.
Watch the first Anza Borego video from 2 weeks ago. It’s all explained there. lol.
What time of year is this? So beautiful that I am adding this to my bucket list!
Probably reveling my age...53. Just a thought...when you get back to Missouri it would be cool to explore the Civil War history of your state. Love your channel!
Thanks! I am in Arkansas though.
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures Yes! So, sorry! Wasn't thinking! Arkansas, or surrounding areas of Cival War history.
Where will you be headed in California? Would be awesome to get a meet and greet with you and your wife. Her trip up Hell’s gate inspired me to buy my wk2, then you blew it by getting the JT. Now I have a Gladiator 😂
Dude we need links to all the different eyewear you use. Always a new pair of sick shades
LOL. They are all Oakleys
Is Goose at home? The new pup is really cute but Goose was the OG.
Goose was home. I don't have room for 2 in the Gladiator. LOL. Plus we want Rooster get acclimated to this life on her own before bringing both.
Good, I love old Goose. Rooster is a fuzz ball. Both are sweet dogs.@@OzarkOverlandAdventures
Whoa that bone y’all found looks a lot like a human femur. The lower end that connects to the knee
That translates to “the devil’s road”…. Not the road of death lol
I said two Spanish names. One was devils highway and the other is road of death. Pay better attention. 😂
I like your channel , and think you are a good person , but why do you always have some kind of ... different or unusual hair style or color?
Is their some kind of reason ? Are you doing it for a good cause ?
I just don't understand , and whish I did .
I do it for fun. It’s that simple. The question you should be asking is why does it bother you so much?
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures I don't know why it does , I think because of all the other crazy crap going on in America and the world today . I really enjoy your channel , especially when you're wearing a baseball cap . I'm sorry if I offend you, with my question , but I needed to know . ( Even though it's none of my business ) thank you for being honest and kind .
@@waltsimonson2556 all good. I don’t get offended. lol. I just do me.
odd to see a grown man with a 17 year old girl punk rock emo hair style. mental
Odd to see a grown woman (assuming based on profile name) so bothered by a hairstyle. I guess I could be boring like you but that’s no fun. Also you clearly have no clue what punk rock or emo hairstyles actually are but it’s cute you’re trying to use words you don’t understand. 😂😂😂
amazing video, really love it and enjoyed a lot🥰😘
