Sometimes all it takes is that one special find, the blue stripped multi is gorgeous and bubbly bubbles❤. I agree that the treasure hunting community whatever their preference are so kind. Beautiful round up🙂
@@welshinwellies Seaham is a bit overwhelming and expectations are high but you and Bear found some lovely pieces☺️. Happy to watch and support your lovely videos ❤️
Oooh so pretty and so nice to be gifted treasure from @seaham4seaglass and other friends. i luv them all...but always a sucker for pink. luv that pink bubble❤ hi to bear as always
I love watching you get so excited! We are planning a trip east to Nova Scotia in August. I can't wait to comb the beaches there! There is a beach I go to in Goderich Ontario Canada that started me on 'Beach Glass' on Lake Huron. I have a very small collection. In the summer heading down to the beach there I imagine the Carribean just by the beautiful blue water! Thank you for letting me live through you on the beaches in GB!
I'm thinking it would be worth hiring a cottage in the winter and spending the whole time on the beach. There are mudlarking opportunities up that way as well.
❤I absolutely love seaglass , the Beach, Lighthouses, I just stumbled across your channel, Seaham, is now on my Bucket List! Love your videos! From Anacortes Washington USA!
Hi Darlene! Welcome to the Welsh in wellies crew! Very glad to have you here. Seaham is an amazing place - the glass is something else! I’m heading back next week so more content from there is on the way ❤️
Been to Seaham quite a few times now, mainly just walking our Beagle Monty. We do pick up some sea glass along the way, and have found some nice pieces. My wife likes to collect it and we now have quite a substantial collection. Most of it is small single colours stuff, but we do have a few multicoloured bits. Have you found any of the ones with what looks like metal wire?
Yes lots of safety glass! I have some other Seaham videos on my channel and I think I film finding some in those! Give Monty a hug from me ❤️ and happy hunting!!
* Right below (2 stones away) was a yellow (possibly a caramel Agate.) & you passed up lots of green.. You can't hear me telling you from here in the middle of the No. Am. continent.. LOL.. 2 months after you left.. There are so many Agates.. But I don't see Multi ones.. you are working very hard to find some..
Where’s the best place to stay if going to Seaham? If I were coming from the United States, I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Seems like most larger cities are pretty close by and it’s only a 3 hour drive to Scotland. Everything’s so close.
What’s your opinion of Seaham if you’ve been? Do you have a trip planned? Would you go? Be sure to check out the video of day 1 too!
I have been to England but not to Seaham

Absolutely agree! I was a little discouraged and then bam! There it was. Thanks for always supporting my channel Charlotte! ❤️

Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun doing that so maybe I’ll try again!
Wow you did great!!
Thank you!! Not so many Multis on day 2 but I had such a good time! Going back soon!
Thank you so much for taking us along with you. It has been ages since I have been able to go seaglass hunting, though I have never been to Seaham.
I have a few other Seaham videos coming up and last weeks was Seaham too! So glad you enjoyed. Many more adventures to come ❤️
I can only dream to get to Seaham. Not just the multies there but all the glass in general you can find there. Amazing 😊

Thank you Jerrie! I don’t think I’ll ever stop being excited about sea glass - it’s addictive! Have a lovely trip - I wish you the best of luck ❤️

We did an Air BnB - it was amazing. I’m staying in a hotel next time though so I don’t have to cook! I was exhausted both days!

* Glad the Sun helped you.. I would have had more Agates than glass.. But you left so many.. Glad you will go back to find more Multi's..
I have a huge agate collection already from wales! And I might be biased but I think the Welsh agate is better 😂🤫
As kids Growing up in the 70s we used to find tons of the stuff. 😊

The book of poetry under the glass at the round-up looks interesting. Would you share the name and author (s)?
Poems of the Sea by Gaby Morgan

😂 don’t worry leslye I see them when I edit the footage and I’m always furious with myself haha
What is that beautiful book you have all your finds on?
Sea Glass Hunters Handbook (CS Lambert) and Poems of the Sea

I stay in Seaham itself. There are lots of air b&bs and hotels
Where do you find your jewelry to buy??
I made this one Jane ❤️ I’ll be posting a tutorial video next week!
Where do you live in wales,if I may ask😊
South Wales near the coastline between Swansea and Cardiff ☺️
Just visited for the second time, too many people and not much sea glass. My local beach at Cleveleys is much better.
You’ve got to be up before the sun really!
