I know we are all allowed an opinion but what nonsense. Brat is decent, sagardi is exceptional. There are many ide put ahead of Brat, i cant think of any ide out ahead of Sagardi

The best steak in London is the côte de boeuf at Brat in Shoreditch...easily. Sagardi is woefully underseasoned despite all the external surface salt.
