Isa na namang mainit init na topic ang gusto ko’ng i-share sa inyo, at yan po ay ang aking monthly savings dito sa UK.
On this vlog, I am going to show you my payslip then we will deduct it sa aking cost of living (please see link below) para makita ninyo kung magkano ba ang naiipon ko dito per month. ♥️♥️

Sana all may naiipon. Sweldo ko dito sa NZ $9k per month as an IT pero cost of living palang dito eh aabot na ng $4k monthly with one kid -_- Feeling ko ang gastos ko tuloy. Padala sa pinas nasa $2-3k. Wala natitira saken masyado. Nakakainspire tong video na to. Gusto ko na magsave next year. Magstart na talaga ako.

Hi Nurse Even, new viewer po ako sa youtube channel nyo. I find it very informative and very entertaining some of your vlogs. Tulad po nyo, my husband is aiming to apply din abroad. But he is not RN here in the Phils. Though his previous work is at hospital setting, and even now he currently working also in hospital. He is a Nursing Aide for a total of 9 years now and counting. Sa pagkakaalam ko po puro po yata RN ang may chance na makapag apply dyan sa UK.

Kung lahat ng Pilipino ganito.. walang liabilities.. for sure asensado tayo gaya ng 1st world countries. Sad reality is.. our obligation to our family drags us down. I hope the current generation will be responsible enough to save before having a Family.. It's important for us to have savings for our kids until our retirement para hindi po tayo pasanin ng mga magulang natin. Kapag gusto madaming paraan. Kahit maliit na sahod. Nasa tamang pag gastos and pag budget yan.

Family obligation is still a choice, you can run away from it or stay. Parang nagiging hiporikto ang dating na tumutulong sa family, pero naiinis o nalulungkot ka. Kung talagang happy helping your family hindi mo sila gagawin rason dahil naghihirap ka. No offense po. Thank you.

@@nonoyesyes8641 Totoo po. You either put on your shoulder or just carry it on to your palm. There are also trials that we encountered resulting to lost of savings and businesses. Life is unpredictable. Family obligations done wholeheartedly are like giving back to parents who have sacrificed for us while we study to have a degree. =)
It's true that supporting our family back home in the Philippines do get in the way when it comes to achieving personal financial freedom. I'm 37 and I still am trying/struggling to achieve that. I do know that if I were only spending for myself then I would have achieved my financial goals by now. I give wholeheartedly back to my family because they struggled to support me financially for my education. I feel like if I was living in a country like the US and finished all my degrees there I would be saddled with hundreds of thousands of student loans up to this day. It's my personal choice to give back. No judgment on those who don't. We all have our own reasons and struggles why we do what we do. That being said I still do dream of a future where the majority of aging filipinos would be financially stable and won't have to rely on the younger generation for their living. I'd love to see that day when this seemingly unending cycle of financial burden is broken in our nation. But for now it is what it is.

That's sad Ms Marga na some obligations hindered you to achieve more. But dont take negatively or something against you... our family needs help. With current situation ng bansa, hindi kaya ng government to give our families a better life like abroad... kulang sa education and research, palpak sa health, low wage... kaya nga po tayo nag abroad kasi tayo mismo, d natin atim yun mababang pasahod. Kaya we cant blame our parents kung bakit mahirap tayo... kasi tlgang mahirap tayo na bansa... plus laki pa ng corruption... if only the government could feed our family or give decent jobs, d na nila po kakailangain un financial aid... just look it as extending your blessings to ur fam na slim un chance to work abroad.

Nurse even, sana all ganyan lang talaga ang expenses dito Sa Uk ay mayaman tayo madali dito.. The reality is slightly differences from country side to London base.. free your accommodation kba , free gas, free water, free council tax? How about transport?... Sa food expenses is practical £50 pounds a week mo as a single person based Sa expenses mo. Ang personal needs mo such toothbrush,toothpaste or etc range to £25 per week. Ang reality ng £75 a week mo na ginamit mo Sa calculation mo. Ang reality nurse even kahit nasa country side ka🤔mas mataas pa dyan in reality.. The rest ok ng cnabi mo are right.. Good for you if you manage this figures in term of savings.
Just one correction. In the NHS, nurses salaries follow a fixed scale, with annual pay rises. You get unsocial hours payments as extra. These are all the same, wherever you work in the UK. City and countryside makes no difference. The only difference is that nurses working in London or Greater London, get extra to cover the higher cost of living in those areas. If you work a lot of weekends and night shifts, you can earn a lot more than your basic salary.
£300 expenses in a month? I live in London and the rent for our 2 bedroom flat is £1300 excluding utility bills! Wow! Ang mura dyan pala sa countryside!

Have you heard about Agency nurses? They are actually earning £2,000 or more a week yes so their salary/month is 8k to 9k it’s tripled compared to the NHS.

I work as a carer here in ireland cash basis 3 times a week ..my salary is 1800 euros a month ...glad lahat naiipon ko kc wala me bills lahat asawa ko nagbabayad kaya i enjoy having partime job here ...maski d me tapos ng nurse i can still manage to work as carer here

You haven't included the extra earnings you get from you tube..majority of filipinos prefer nights and weekends because that's how we earn more money..but of course if you have other source of income..who would want to work on weekends or nights all the time right?
I live London, and I pay about £740 for my room and household bills. Wala pa grocery, transport, phone bills, and other bills (netflix, gym) etc. Haay. Sana all £300 lang ang expenses 😭
Mahal sa london kabayan, sosyal lang pakinggan kasi taga london pero mahal ang cost of living dyan...pare parehas lang naman ang salary ng nurses depende lang sa band...try mo outside M25 mas mura pa ang renta at bilihin

Nurse even. Ano po yung agency nyo dito sa pinas? Mas madali b talaga ang OET compared sa IELTS? Tapos n kasi ako magreview s ielts pero di p nakaoag exam.. Medyo nag da doubt kasi ako kung maipapasa ko or hindi.

Hello, I would like to ask a question please,are NHS nurses allowed to take permanent night shifts or rotation will always be mandatory?because as far as I understand night shifts are less desirable by many nurses so it shouldn’t not a problem in theory but I don’t know about the policy in NHS in general or in the different trusts

That's part of flexible working hours..yes it depends on your discussion with your manager..but ideally rotation is encourage to ensure full cover of service
