    INGREDIENTS:
    2 zucchinis
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    3 eggs
    100 grams of cheese
    Italian herbs to taste
    Paprika to taste
    100 grams of breadcrumbs
    50 grams of flour
    Sunflower oil for frying
    For the sauce:
    3 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt
    1 cucumber
    A sprig of dill
    2 garlic cloves
    Salt to taste
    Paprika to taste
    PREPARATION:
    Preparing the Zucchini:
    Wash and dry the zucchinis well. Cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
    Salt and pepper the sliced zucchinis, let them sit for 10 minutes to release their juice. Then pat them dry with a paper towel.
    Preparing the Bread Crumbs:
    In one bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    In another bowl, grate the cheese.
    In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, flour, Italian herbs, and paprika.
    Breading the Zucchini:
    Dip each zucchini slice first in the egg, then coat in the cheese, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
    Frying the Zucchini:
    Heat sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Fry the zucchinis on both sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes on each side).
    Place the cooked zucchinis on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
    Preparing the Sauce:
    Grate the cucumber finely and squeeze out the excess liquid.
    Chop the dill finely.
    Press the garlic through a garlic press.
    In a bowl, mix the sour cream or yogurt with the grated cucumber, dill, and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste, add a bit of paprika.
    Serving:
    Serve the hot zucchinis with the prepared sauce. Enjoy your meal!
