Soon we are planning trip coming too and see how we feel there !! Can I ask if you know good safe website for longer term rental or a local contact so we can find something for longer time in better price? Hola @simeonpetkov the best suggestion is to join Bitconer in El Salvador Telegram group, they also have a facebook group, there is a property rental section in here and people are able to help you. But we also recommend that you get an AirBnB 1st and then look as with boots on the ground it helps alot.

I actually bought a piece of land in Santiago de Maria very close to Berlin. very nice weather with a lot of coffee plants and awesome people. I'm planing to build a house over there and hopefully i can start building it next year.

Hoping to be in San Blas in the next few months....I was looking forward to meeting you guys:( Maybe one day our paths will cross. May I ask why you moved to Berlin over staying in San Blas? I know a couple who introduced me to El Sal and I am so excited to move there.....just some finalising here in the UK. Have a great day:)
Hi Kesia thanks for watching and your comment. We have lived in San Blas for 11/2 yrs and it is a great place to ground and find your feet. It is time for us to actually get out and live in the local community - great for our Spanish and integrating into the Salvadoran life. Berlin has a great ground up approach driven by local bitcoiners to create a circular economy. The weather is much more suitable for us and we really enjoy it up here.
