Opening Plenary of the 2025 Open Government Partnership Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. leads the opening plenary session of the highly anticipated 2025 Open Government Partnership Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting (OGP-APRM) at the Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City on February 6, 2025.
This marks the first time the Philippines is hosting this Regional Conference, with Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman serving as Chair of the Philippine Open Government Partnership.
The three-day Conference, running from February 5 to 7, convenes government officials, civil society leaders and policymakers from across the Asia-Pacific Region to discuss progress on key open government initiatives and explore ways to tackle the Region's most pressing issues.
The event features a mix of high-level and ministerial sessions, interactive breakout sessions, networking opportunities and side events.
