  • First day with Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-1:
    00:00 Intro
    00:45 Trying to get it together
    02:15 What does it do?
    05:25 Making a track
    08:50 First day review
    In my opinion it's an amazing bang for the buck. The effect quality alone would be enough reason for me to get it but when combined with the synth capabilities and top them with the possibility to upload your own oscillators and effects, this is nuts. And great fun too.

    Ordered one mainly for the effects boost that my Microfreak lacks ( not complaining-the Firmware 5.0 is pretty dope! 😀). Was enjoying your review until that…thing…with all the squares 😵‍💫😵‍💫
    But no, yeah, good review! 😄👍🏼

    I got an amazon voucher from work and went to buy something else there, got sidetracked by this and started looking at videos including this one and well.....
    Ended up with it winging it's way to me. Amazing sounding synth but I kind of got it for the fx, the synth part is a huge bonus and I am now intrigued by the oscillator designing capabilities. For a small box it looks like an amazing bit of kit.

    • @whaleshaveteeth
      @whaleshaveteeth  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Doc Bolus haha, good decision. I also primarily got it for the FX but the synth sounds are awesome considering it’s only a single oscillator. And same here, custom oscillators (and custom fx!) look promising.
