Looks like age is but a number with these ladies, they still got it. . . . . . They still sound the same all these years later, o let they have families and probably great grand kids now😂. #5678's4lyf
I don’t know… I get what Tarantino saw, and why he wanted to use them. But, as a guitar/bass/drummer I find the stuff incredibly sophomoric. If that was the best I could dish out after playing my instrument for over a quarter century, I think I would pack it in. How many years can you play the same damn thing and not evolve?? I would sell my instruments, if the same shit was coming out after that many years.
We need to get these girls into the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame now… 🎸❤️ 🥁 🇺🇸 🇯🇵
😅
after all no other band played in a Tarantino movie...
they're too powerful to be constrained to such a small building
Do we, though?

Same here. They are just outstanding.
What a thrill to see the 5.6.7.8s in Asbury Park, NJ a few years ago - I hope they're coming again!

They're on at my local venue... glad I checked em out first.
Loving this!!
Not much is cooler or more badass than a group of Asian grandmas playing oldtime rock-n-roll!
Introduce yourself to Shonen Knife who have been around as long. Japan has a HUGE number of all-women DIY bands.
Bass ❤❤

Легенда...что тут сказать.Хоть и возрастная,но талант не пропьёшь.
This live session sounds much better than their original recording.

Is that Larry Bud Melman on drums?
If this isn't used in "The Movie Critic," then it will be all for naught.
Be rude not to!
Bottom line - the Japanese are the coolest people on the planet.
Are these the 3 original members ?
@@joeszczechowski8333 I think so!
This band looks like North Koreas version of Messer Chups
