ingredients:-
.500 gm all purpose flour
.100 gm vanspati ghee/oil
1 spoon carom seeds
1 kg potato
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 spoon cumin seeds
7-8 kashmiri whole chilli
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp chop ginger
1 tbsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
salt to taste
1 tsp chat masala/amchur powder
chop coriander
