First source is Mexico. Second source is the USA. Third source is southeast Asia. As for US production: "HIDTA reporting indicates that Mexican criminal groups, some based in the Los Angeles area, often travel to rural or remote areas of southern and central California to produce methamphetamine, subsequently returning to the Los Angeles area to distribute the drug. Many of the groups maintain close family and social ties with individuals in Culiacán and Michoacán, Mexico, to recruit laboratory workers who come to California for a few months to produce methamphetamine and then return to Mexico."

They also never explain that printing more money and spending all that money will increase inflation and lead to major trouble. Every country that did that went bankrupt but somehow America will avoid the consequences?? Try overspending your bank account and max your credit cards out and Americans will finally understand what politicians have been doing all these years. Of course they have bought up hard assets and left citizens with the debt. When America crashes our politicians like Pelosi and Crenshaw will buy up hard assets for pennies on the dollar. Mega rich foreigners will buy up America. Mexico, China, and Russia just might end up owning most of American assets unless Trump stops the spending and cuts costs. How hard is that for Americans to understand??!!

I assure you, as a Canadian, that nothing appreciable is being done. Estimates place our ability to stop drugs from reaching the streets versus what goes out is at a 1:30 to 1:97 ratio. This means the vast majority of the illegal drug trade (estimate to be over 200 billion in Canada) goes on unimpeded.
Currently, our government is suspended (prorogued) until the end of March. No money has been allocated for border control as of yet and must be first approved by Parliament. In addition, most of the spending promises made by Trudeau won't happen for another 4 years.

They can only sell all their junk to us because they don't have consumer base to absorb all their products. Trade between them is impossible, all they will do is try to dump their products to each other with no consumers to speak of.

Let's bring all of these companies into the U.S. Let's bring down our 4% unemployment rate. Produce our own energy, lumber, steel, & automobiles in the homeland. They have almost NOTHING that we can't produce ourselves, we have the leverage here - lets use it to benefit our own citizens in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana. You won't get instant results, be patient, it's a long game. Canada is like the 45 year old still living in his parent's basement. Tariffs will actually put more money in America's bank account so the debt will go lower. Trump needs to downsize government and cut government spending to avoid a catastrophe. It is simple logic. No one can live beyond their means and America needs to stop printing money for things we don't need. So far no politician dared to do it. Americans will have to learn to live within their means as well. Maxing out credit cards and such is asking for trouble. It isn't complicated.

@@brokenwrench404 Car manufacturer's have been doing this type of circumvent of the ruled to increase profits for their investors. One such example is the quota of pick-up trucks and passenger vans that can be imported into the US. These type of vehicles have been restricted because they represent the bulk of profits by US vehicle manufacturers. So the US says they cannot be imported. To get around these rules the bare chassis is imported as a utility vehicle or an empty van classified as a cargo van. These lower level assemblies are then taken to a third party or other valued added location and converted into either a pickup truck, family van or camper.
To just suddenly wake up and think that the Capitalist will not work around these restrictions in clever methods is naive. The Chinese reformed their economic system along the Capitalists market base economic model as far back as 1978 and significantly after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. The single party style rule is only for the political and control of working classes.
