    this is wonderful! I think the only modification I'd make, is that I'd put the veggies separate from the rice and meat. that way they don't get soggy in the microwave.

    It looks delicious! For a Vietnamese cooking tip, I would add condensed milk instead of honey for a savory taste.

      I got you, for the pickled vegs: th-cam.com/video/utbP2hPjWVU/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=feedthepudge
      As for my knife, I use a carbon steel knife from Steelport Co

    Thanks!! Ill try this with chicken as we don't eat pork. Also, try using Monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar and definitely healthier as it doesn't spike insulin and definitely has substituted sugar

    My new year's resolution is to only drink during holidays and the weekends. I used to drink every single day for 7 years and it's made me gain 40lbs. I need to lose 30lbs to be normal for my height. This is gonna be rough. But I gotta keep replacing my drink cravings with hot tea. That's been working for me so far. :)

    cant deep freeze it i think? How long does it survive max is it 2 days or 3? Probably can go 4+ if frozen maybe idk? store the veggies in separate containers in the fridge?

    • @feedthepudge
      @feedthepudge  21 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      3-4 days max, if longer, i would just freeze the cooked pork chops separately, and then assembly the bowls later

    How long to microwave it for? Can you do more meal preps for Vietnamese food? Definitely making this to bring to bring to work.

    • @feedthepudge
      @feedthepudge  วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Yes! This is the first episode of Vietnamese inspired meal preps - will be doing a new recipe every Monday! Before microwaving, I remove the veggies and nuoc cham, and in my microwave, it heats up in about a minute and a half!

    Your pork always looks soooo good, I think I need to use more sugar. Thanks so much for sharing!

    • @feedthepudge
      @feedthepudge  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Maybe just a little more - but what you can also do is just broil the pork chops on high heat for a little bit right at the very end to allow those sugars to caramelize and give it a more appealing look!
