These are my favorites of the videos you make, I think. I'm a big restorer of Barbie and other modern dolls, but I always love seeing doll restoration of older dolls. I've also had experience cutting down oversize garments to fit smaller dolls, that can be a great way to repurpose garments that don't otherwise have a home. I can't wait to see the Jumeau all fixed up.
You two are so fascinating. You are as enchanting to me as the little people you bring back to life. I have a collection of Schoenhut dolls needing a little cleanup. I have a lot of questions. I will continue to watch and learn.
Rachel, I so enjoyed watching where the magic of Linda cleaning and fixing up Dolls to be as Linda said, "loved again":)!! That Tete Jemeau Doll has the most beautiful eyes:)!! On camera at a distance, it looks like she has hazel eyes, but up close, I can see she has brown eyes:)!! Also, It looks really hard to restring a doll, but Linda is so talented:)!! I think considering that this Doll is 135 years old, she is absolutely beautiful in her face and her body parts look amazing:)!! I would LOVE to see a video on Linda' finished work on Tete Jemeau Doll and I would also LOVE to see the Wax Doll with her lovely blue eyes in another video:)!! Thank you for sharing this really fun video:)!!!
I love watching your video's! My favorites are like this one. watching Linda work on the dolls. I just received a 728 K star R celluloid doll in the mail today and her head is completly broken in half. Have any idea's what I could use to repair her with? She is broken not just in half but in several more places.
oh gosh could you imagine if they'd given her to good will! What would have happened to her? Do they know a doll like that when they see one or would she have ended up in a store?
Hi Rachel, since a long time I want to know if you have an online store and if you sell abroad ? thanks for your response and your wonderfull videos - best regards
Hi! Dang, that’s always tough. We don’t sell parts - I’m so sorry, the best thing to do is find a Jumeau with a body that would work that maybe has a cheap head or a head you can take off and sell separately. It’s never easy to replace parts on a Jumeau body. Alternatively, I do often see bodies for sale on eBay and Ruby Lane. If it’s not a rare body, you might be able to buy one in the coming months.
I really like these kind of videos especially when you do the before and after I love to restore dolls and bring them back to their Glory
Awesome! Glad you enjoyed it!

My favorite doll. I will never be able to afford one, but it is fun to look at them.
You just might find one at Goodwill!
I love the fact that you restore dolls .. Every little lady needs a "make-over". ♡☆♡ Dont know how anyone could bring a doll to the thrift shop.
So glad you enjoyed this!
Would love to see a video on some of your "stash" boxes! It is always helpful to see dresses for dolls. Just a thought!

It happens a lot, that is why it is important to ALWAYS keep a look out. I let the buyer know what the doll was and she was surprised!
I would love to see the flapper doll that's lying on the bench too.

Schonut ( spelling)for the doll face?
This is a French Jumeau but Schoenhut is spelled Schoenhut.
@@RachelHoffmanDolls thanks I knew it was spelled wrong. Never win a spelling bee
I want to be a dad Goodwill where she takes these dolls
Me too! Luckily, this doll didn’t end up there.
That goodwill I meant
Ich restauriere seit fünfzig Jahren antike Puppen, aber so etwas ungeschicktes habe ich noch nie gesehen…
