Today I am sharing how I organise myself, stay on top of my projects and give you a quick tour of my notion template. I have been using Notion primarily to document my thoughts, collections and to do lists. I occasionally alternate with a physical bullet journal - sometimes I enjoy the feeling of paper and writing things down off screen.
I've always had an ambiguous relationship with productivity. Whilst I continue growing and trying new things in life, I can't fathom being constantly busy and on to the next task. Being intentional with our time and the projects we choose is essential for knowing it was time spent meaningfully. When time is lacking or my energy is low, going back to what is core has always been helpful.

Thanks for being honest about your struggles with planning. I’m not a natural planner type person either, so I find it hard as well. I feel like all the people on TH-cam that make videos about planning and organizing are super good at it, so it was lovely to see someone I can relate to 😊 I prefer to plan on paper, but use Notion as well for any task that is done on the computer - that’s just what makes sense to me.

Is it easy to transfer recipes from online to there? I always find them browsing and then screenshot or save the recipe and it’s pain trying to find the screenshot to shop or cook!

It takes a bit of work at first, but I usually take write the title of recipe, add a screenshot and the link. This way I have all my recipes in one place and I can browse with the pictures 😊

When I get behind on things I need to accomplish I get so anxious. I've been known to walk by a pile of folded clean laundry and not put it away for nearly a week. Your home always looks clean and tidy and you are very inspiring. I just love the vibes of your videos. Oh I’ve been there, clean laundry often sits in a pile for a couple of weeks sometimes!

I have never use Notion but you're video help me to see that this is a very complete app. Maybe i'm going to try to use it at work (but I like to write and make marks when I finish a task) and it's very helpfull to have a place where everything is. I have a lot of note in my phone for thing I want to keep maybe Notion is the right place to keep it in case I lost my phone for example. Is notion private or everyone can see your notion ?

Glad you found the video helpful 😊. Notion pages are completely private, but you can set your pages to be public if you decide to. There’s a ‘share’ button on each page where you can decide your settings there 😊.

Ahh, Momo is so adorable! By the way, how did you come up with the name Momo? You know, Momo means peach🍑 in Japanese. Also, it’s the title of my favorite book by Michael Ende😊
Hello 🌼🧡! Hope you’re enjoying fall in NYC?
Momo’s name came from the animated series “Avatar the last airbender”. I really enjoyed watching it during the pandemic. Aang (the main character) has a pet friend called Momo who was rather mischievous (in a nice way!). I thought it was a very cute name and would suit a cheeky little cat 😄.
I didn’t know it means peach in Japanese - one of my favourite summer fruits 🧡!
I will definitely look up the book from Michael Ende, looks intriguing from what I can see 😊
Do your cats have claws? I couldn't have curtains in my apartment. My cats would destroy them.
Yes they do have their claws 🥰! They play with the curtains sometimes, but I’ve come to make peace with it. For the most part they ignore the curtains 😊
I had curtains but I took them down because my cats used them as a swing 🐈⬛
