mines a different box but the design is identical, when i assemble it those baulk ring things dont grab in a stiff way, just a sort of almost stiff way, 2 days after having it all back in they stopped working altogether and its crunchy time again (the rings i used were borrowed from a known perfect box out of a scrap car).... I cant do it again getting the gearbox in last time nearly killed me and i'm sure i got an hernia...
@@mrfid72 mines been very unreliable but it's eating itself, if it wasn't so heavy and awkward and needing 3 to fight it I'd have another go with donor spares but as long as it's rolling I'll double clutch to get 4th.....

i wasn't going to do anything to my gearbox, but then i thought how annoyed i would be if something failed?
