I haven't heard the whole album yet but with the three singles this is gearing up to be my top album of the year, I love Fleshgod Apocalypse. Candy It's Inside You is also gonna be in my top 5 of the year.
This album is going to kick so much ass. It's probably going to be divisive but this shared vocal duties vibe is freaking awesome. That chorus starts with a very familiar melody. Abba? Or something like that. Either way, I love it.
il loro talento permette di accostare generi diversi....qui ci sono passaggi melodici pop stile ABBA che loro riescono a fondere con tutto il resto....sono troppo bravi....sono anche irriverenti e si divertono a fare questo....
Veleno was my favourite album of 2019 together with Heart like a grave of Insomnium and The Heretics of Rotting Christ. Well, destiny wants F.Apocalypse and R.Christ will be again in my top 3. I suppose the third one will be Wintersun. This song gives me goosebumps also for Francesco's story behind 🤘🇮🇹

The beginning gave me "The Violation" vibes, but then the chorus ruined it for me. Her vocals is too overpowing for such a track like this. But I can see where this is going with this band, next album maybe it´s her as the lead vocalist? And just with some harsh vocals here and then, like Epica.
@@nikosv95 I think you´re right. I liked the first Epica albums The Phantom Agony and Consign to Oblivion after that I only heard a couple of tracks of their newer stuff. I think I got tired of hearing too much symphonic metal bands with female vocals, it suddenly exploded with ton of bands sounding the same. So now only listening to some once in a while.
Veronica has taken over all clean vocals since the departure of Paolo, so her voice will definitely be more prominent across the album than it previously was, but I don't necessarily feel this signals a change in direction for the band.
@@hugostiglitz5798 Couldn't agree more. Chorus reminded me of a rather famous pop song from the early 2000s. Can't quite put the finger on it. Then again ... as said in their last reaction to Fleshgod Apocalypse: I've always disliked this band. 🤷♂
Thanks so much brothers 🎉🤟
Our pleasure!
Her basicly taking over the singing duties was the best thing they could have done and i'm all for it.

Fucking 🔥🤘🏻
I thought that was Ann Wilson from Heart.
LOL...I thought she was "Lillith" from the Munsters! Nice "fretless" solo shred!

It seems to me that they will share vocal duties. Btw, what's your opinion on epica?

@@petercrushingc Thanks for answering!
@@nikosv95 you´re welcome :-)

Not a fan of the direction they seem to be going for this record.
Update: Horrible chorus
