This song is so underrated. Probably the best riff by LOG.
Also the faded line and for your malice must be one of the most underrated songs

The last section at the end. I think what we hear (and Anthony describes) as a slight pause is just accenting or cutting the chord stab slightly shorter note length. I think its just the groove. Great lesson Lambchopper, cant really pick my favorite on Ashes (who can?? lol) but this is probably it if I had to choose.

8:52 After watching some live footage from the recent tour and even zooming in on Willies left hand when I saw them live last week I think he's string-skipping here and playing 8-7-7-5 on the D string instead of playing 13-12-12-10 on the A. The difference is obviously negligible sound wise but I find it easier that way

Thanks for the the drum track Kay. Its great to jam along with full song, but having just the drums really helps highlight mistakes and test how well i know the song. I had to slow it down to 80% of original and fudged the last section but getting there.
