While it’s by no means new, the software billed as “Your Personal Research Assistant” always has new features coming up. Zotero is a free application that allows you to collect, manage, and cite research sources. It's easy to use, connects to your web browser to download sources, and integrates with your word processor to insert citations and references. Eunice will take us on a spin through this oldie-but-a-goodie piece of tech to see how we can use it in our libraries today!
