What a generous man! I showed Centennial to one of my classes in the early nineties and had my students write letters to Robert describing what they learned from his portrayal of Pasquinel, the fur trapper. Robert actually called me at my school to thank me personally for the This is my tribute to this fine gentleman. Thank you, Robert!

My favorite character played and portrayed by Robert Conrad Falkowski is U.S secret service agent James West. No one in the world had the charismatic charm, bravery, and talent to assume such a role as he did that's for sure.

Still in repeats on tv and I still love this show. I don't think it got the amount of deservance. The Wild Wild West was so well written,
so well directed, and Ross Martin and Robert Conrad were excellent in this show.

As a young lad growing up Robert Conrad was and still is one of my most favorite HEROES! "THE WILD WILD WEST" was instrumental for me learning how to defend myself. Now I'm a Martial Arts Instructor (of 48 years) living In Okinawa, Japan. I Thank Robert Conrad and The WWW for helping me start my life long love of Karate. Bowing....

James T. West all the way. I was pretty young during the run of the Wild wild west TV Series, but thanks to reruns I have a great appreciation for the show. The show was more than just a show. Sometimes there was a show within a show with some recurring actors showcasing their talents. Also there was the series A Man Called Sloane that was pretty cool too.

I have to say it’s the Wild Wild West and Black Sheep Squadron and do remember him in other Movies and Shows I lost track of him till the FETV channel started showing reruns of the Wild Wild West again. I even bought the DVD’s of the complete Series and other things he was in and never knew about his Radio Show and sorry I missed it. I had just started doing all this when I heard he passed away and there will never be a another one like Robert Conrad. Let’s hope his Family is aware how popular he was and may he RIP.

I was just starting high school when "Wild Wild West" was aired. Frankly, I wasn't a fan of westerns, but a friend of mine turned me on to the show, and I was a FAN throughout all the seasons. In a way, I thought it as the "James Bond goes 1870's" type of thing. I remember when the FCC, or whatever entity it was that determine that too much violence is too much, actually banned the fight scenes when he was using his Karate. I enjoyed that style of fighting and I was livid when I found out what they had done. I'll always remember Robert Conrad as James West. I liked him as Pappy Boyington, but I just looked at him as James West flying a plane. LOL.

I like Robert Conrad in any role that he played. Well well West was a great show and a family type show but my favorite one was Black Sheep Squadron. My father had a book written by Colonel Greg Boyington and autographed by the colonel years ago. I know that Colonel Bolton was a Marine colonel but my father was an Army Air corps officer during World War II and somehow they cross paths years later possibly in the 50s. I don't know where that book is but I remember seeing it and the autograph years ago when I was a kid possibly 10 or 11 years old I'm 66 now my father is passed away years ago but I always like Robert Conrad he was a very likeable fellow and all the roles he played and I hope he is doing well now if he is still with us. Take care of mr. Conrad if you read this. A big fan of yours. Mark Scott

I’ve loved him since I was ten years old and so lucky to get to meet him at least five times and hung around while they were filming high mountain rangers which was filmed in Lake Tahoe not Bear Valley by the way! He was a regular guy, reminded me of the men I grew up w/that tough exterior but softy inside! He is so missed and will never ever be forgotten unless I lose my memory one day! My 11 year old idealism was shattered when Gabe Kaplan, AKA Mr Kotter and leader of the Sweathogs beat James Conrad, all time badass, in the 100 sprint on Battle of the Networks back in 1976. Conrad famously & embarrassingly objected, so they held a rematch where frickn Mr Kotter dropped Conrad like a rock! Also, I think that was the same year that I learned that girls actually poop, too. While all the hoopla surrounding the “Spirit of 76” Bicentennial stuff was going on, I was distraught over losing my innocence...😉

I wish they’d put his appearances on here when he’d be on the Mike Douglas show so many times but one when he sang, I’ll go my way by myself that I recorded on a cassette before I had a VCR, and it recently broke!!!! 😭😱😡 I wish they would put those old shows on now while we’re in the middle of this virus and they won’t be able to film shows anymore so why not dig up those old shows like Mike and Merv!!?? What are they just going to let them rot away?? That would be terrible! Why hasn’t someone thought of putting them on somewhere!? T.V. Or here? They made all these new channels that were supposed to show old shows then they went and made a NEW show instead!!?? Can’t they make anything stick to what they were supposed to?? It’s so sad thinking they’ll just go to waste 😓💔
