Hey bro, i found your channel after getting rocksmith to learn guitar. I have a few questions if you don't mind. Do you think rocksmith is a good way to learn, would you suggest anything else alongside to help learn for metal?
Secondly, why does rocksmith suck at registering my bends? Cheers

After playing for 4 years and starting from 0, don't let Rocksmith be your main way to learn the guitar. Understand the fretboard, notes and scales how they work together. Use Rocksmith as a way to gamify some boring guitar exercises and play your favourite songs when you get some free time. Ideally play alongside a good guitar teacher or sign up for a guitar course, watch videos about theory, etc. It's important to understand the theory behind the songs because once you may master all techniques and play the songs you want to play, you may struggle to improvise and create your own stuff.
Rocksmith not registering your bends could be due to a lot of different things. Your guitar not being in tune or intonated. Low volume, not bending the strings correctly (quarter, half, full steps), bad charted dlc, or just the game being bad at note detection

​@@evilazza14I don't really have the one that I could recommend as there are tons of them out there and specify in different genres for example. I have watched a couple, but I haven't really stuck to just one in particular. I know I've used the website Skillshare before, I'm sure you will find some good complete beginner courses there. There should be a 60-day free trial still available afaik
