I hate to see when they convict a person knowingly for a crime they didn't commit.

No amount of money can compensate these men for the years they lost because of police misconduct; meanwhile, the real killer remains unpunished, 😫!!!QUALIFIED IMMUNITY=CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT=NO ACCOUNTABILITY=NO JUSTICE, 😩

I think it's beyond sickening that Elmore had to sign a plea deal knowing he was innocent which equates to "We'll release u but we won't admit r innocent n can't admit we're guilty

Just wanted to say jail and prison are 2 different things. That poor man who spent 30 years in "jail" would've been in prison actually. You're in jail after arrested and then go to prison when convicted to serve your sentence. These cases make me absolutely sick. So much injustice in this world and of course it's still going on. Thankfully there's DNA. VERY informative videos....love your channel 👍

    • @DemnRaig80
      @DemnRaig80 2 ปีที่แล้ว

And let me point out that jail could also mean correctional facility or County jails. Which you can serve a long sentence in.

I cant believe how some are in prison for decades just to find out they didn't do it.just tbhink about that for a min.one day cops kick in your door or pull you over then get convicted on somthing you didnt do and are in jail for 30 40 years for them to say sorry our bad 😆.WTF, That does not sit well with me at all!!! Makes me wonder how many truly innocent people are in prison!?!?

  • @sarahbell8886

What I want to know is... The cases where people were exonerated and were declared innocent of killing someone.... Did they eventually catch the real killer
Did the deceased finally get justice?
So I guess I'll be going down the rabbit hole and looking in to all of these. I know they probably were never solved as it had been years and the evidence collected was either false or misread.
Years passing.... It's not like you can go back to the scene and actually collect it.
The real evidence could have degraded over time or flat out been lost

A little confused … did we watch the same video??!!
Spending 30 plus years to be proven innocent isn’t injustice??
A man executed and 2 days ltr he’s proven by DNA to be innocent isn’t injustice??
Cops admitted to planting evidence to secure a murder conviction isn’t injustice??
🙄 Geez… if these are your thoughts on THIS I’m almost scared to dive into the rabbit hole of what we’ll call ur understanding … 😕
Good luck my friend … something tells me with ur view of life you’re desperately gonna need it 👍🏻

In many of these cases, the person who was convicted of the crimes may well actually be the guilty party. There is way too little info given here to say otherwise, and yet this video is trying so hard to push people into believing each of these convictions were wrong.
