Well in Japan there is real estate agents which kind of ticky......the reason is no matter how much money you have you still get problem....the problem is they want your statement(Job qulification and solid comfirmation that you get employ and salary) which they don't consider youtuber as Job.
I'm not sure Cover would issue this thing and her position kind like TH-camr as you can see. and you have do thing though these agent and have to pay 6 months worth of rent in full and contact also about a year....so many in cosideration if she want to move out.
She has appeared in an advertisement and basically she does a role similar to a voice actor. So it should be no issues in renting a place.

I didn't said she can't.....it just there lot of thing and it's complicate....for example i said they didn't consider youtuber as job but it doesn't mean they can't get rent there....well there is youtuber who live in Japan they can get rent but thing go slow and complicate which difficult in technical sense but at the end they got rent. and that 6 months at first rent really Hugeee!!!! sum of money. not count contact a least 1 years or more.
and Don't for get she got problem with social what that word again? she have problem with social awekward or something i forgot the word. so she have to clear thing out with agent.... so when she said she kind like not good with agent i know right away what she mean. so i kind like get the idea but it's also possible for her to move out since other members also rent there own place.

I feel the same. It's not as bad as pekora, but my workplace is so freaking close to my parents that it's hard to justify moving out. Even more so because of covid, I am working at home.
Now's not the time but it's a good idea to make sure your parents don't rely on you too much just in case you ever do need to move.
Idk about other countries, but many countries in Asia have this kind of "common sense" that you dont need to move out from your parents house, instead, upgrading that house with your own money and help your parents until they are gone.
It sounds weird and a bit morbid, but thats the situation with most of my friends and my family (cousins and such). One of my friend bought a house, only to move back to his parents house to help them (you know, being old is not easy sometimes) and after they are gone, he sold his new house and live in his parents house. Its really really common to do that here, esp if you are renting.
Honestly, in my opinion it makes more sense to do that. Why pay some stranger rent when you can upgrade your family house, help them out, or just save up to buy yourself a house and maybe rent it out afterwards.
Yeap, Asian families are like that. Maybe some will have their own house, but it seems in the end they will still move back to their parents house with more upgrades.
Europe was largely that way too until the Industrial Revolution.
In Asia if you are working or studying in the City, it just cost way too much to live alone, but this is only if parents have a house in the city .
Asian culture tends to have tight family bonds, more so in the rural areas. Like, the whole neighbourhood could be blood related lol.

@@Jaekim7790 Even the 2080 ti is already overkill for drawing, 4k drawing is not that resource heavy unlike games. I don't know why she's going for such overkill component but probably her lag is not hardware dependant

@@ChristianStout My guess is that she doesn't format her hard drive so she probably has lot of junkwares that led to lag. That's understandable when she draws so prob has many images from others for reference as well as arts drawn by herself.
@@goldoshaino honestly, I don't draw so I have no idea how resource heavy it can be for a computer, but I know some tasks like professional 3D rendering/modeling or high resolution graphic design can be extremely demanding. I wouldn't be surprised if drawing takes up a lot of resources.
Everyone wants to live on their own but it takes a lot of planning and wit to keep at it. Once u gtfo from ur parents place its like "i cant go back now" and u either finf urselt struggling or thriving.

There's only so much space in the world you know. Living with your parents isn't a bad thing imo, and this idea that exists in America that you need to move out of your parents home before you're 20 otherwise you're a "failure" is very dangerous and unhealthy
I have been to third world countries where overpopulation is a huge problem, which is directly linked to big social issues they have, unemployment, government corruption, crime. Trust me when I say that you don't want that. Unless you want to live in a misanthropic dystopia

Many people suggest that she should move to Coco's holohouse, but Pekora has social anxiety problem. But I do think its good for her to try and fix that, since its not like Pekora cannot talk with anyone. She already comfortable with Miko, so if she can get comfortable with Coco, Kanata, and Suisei and her sister, it's a good thing.

I'm in the same situation as Pekora, except I do have to move due to the internet at my parent's house in order to keep my job, so I'll be renting and living alone. My parents are getting up in age so I wouldn't want to leave them and be lonely, but there's some comfort in knowing that other people are facing the same problems, even if one of them happens to be from Pekoland.
With the amount of SC donations Pekora gets, it sounds like she doesn't get a lot of it if money is a concern.
It's pretty concerning... Would be a real shame if we find out someday the girls aren't even getting a fraction of the money they received from all the superchats. Everyone is under the impression that at worst they get 20% or so. If it's even less than that, it would be criminal.
On average she gets like 10k+ a week, so with 20% left after all the cuts and tax, it would be about 2000 dollars equivalent in yen, which would be plenty to live very comfortably, even in tokyo, but it sounds like she doesn't get a lot at all...

The hololive talents are some of the best entertainers on the planet, they really do deserve every cent in my opinion, especially since people donate to them intending to give to the individual behind the avatar, not for some corporate suits behind the scenes or whatever, so they really should see a good share of all the money.

i dont know how close pekora and towa is and it isnt a secret that pekora is very shy and socially awkward so if she is gonna move together with someone in the holohouse i think a deciding factor would be moving in with someone she would be comfortable living with even if you consider that she may sit in her room almost all day.

2:09 This is what makes me think that, contrary to popular belief, the idols at Hololive aren't making bank. Pekora is probably in the top 5 most superchatted VTubers, but she apparently doesn't have enough money to be careless with her money. It seems to me that they're probably being paid some kind of fixed income regardless of how well they do. Kinda sucks to be honest, if that's true, then most of our money in superchats and memberships aren't even going to the idols themselves.
DeadPixel Coco was spending serious money for a bed. Even Marine was bragging about upgrading the brand on the things she is using. Pekora is just naturally thrifty like Kanata.
I think they get a percentage, but because they’re a part of an idol agency, they get a smaller percentage then an independent streamer would.
I honestly don't see it as her having low income. Even if I get 10k per month, why would I spend it on rent when I can live with my parents?
The whole moving out kind of mindset that is common in the west always baffles me as an Asian, unless you move out because of legit considerations such as workplace being far.
I now see it as nothing more than some kind of ego protection, whereby living with your parents suggests some form of incompetency.

@Scottish Fold Marine of all people know Pekora the best (except maybe Miko), so Little Miss Horny will be able to control herself. She knows Pekora won't like that, so she respects that fact.
Why not just live in the holohouse? It would gain the benefits of being close for collabs and being able to talk to people you're close with while having your own space when you prefer to be alone. I know Coco tried to recruit Rushia to it but something tells me she said no to the deal considering she's still living in the same spot. I'm kind of starting to worry about her since she's been doing less collabs and more drunken streams...

I think people need to stop having children like rabbits. Specially in third world countries, where they have a dozen kids. Soon there will be wars for land, resources and even water, mass deaths because of diseases, all because of overpopulation. Every fiction story of futuristic dystopia involves the world ending because of overpopulation, or it being a major cause

You see in places with traditional culture, families live together and it's the norm
I also hate that in America a lot of people pretty much abandon there parents when they get old, on a nursing home, and a lot of old people don't even see their family anymore. All because they need to chase success and hustle to make money, which is what is seen as being successful in the west. And then when they get old and their kids grow up, the vicious cycle repeats. That's a sign of an unhealthy society imo
