good example of an obvious twist being well executed. We all knew he was gonna be evil, but they really did well with his battle and theme.

Agreed we knew he was going to be evil and betray us but we sure as hell didn't see him actually be Vortigern in disguise. Not to mention he in a sense actually succeed in his goal in destroying Britain.

@@Shadowfire129 I think what makes him great is that despite him being evil and wanting to destroy Britain
He whole heartily cares about us
All that time we grew a bond with him (even tho we was brainwashed to think he was Oberon) didn't disappear when he revealed himself to be Vortigern
He's best boy and one of the best characters in the lostbelts

@@NoOne-Belongs agreed, it was like Shinjuku we were ended bonding with Moriarty despite what went through, not to mention unlike how things went with Vortigern and Artoria in pan human history he went and sincerely congratulate us as well as wishing us luck in our endeavors, where normally said villain of lost belt may in either curse us, or wallow in despair. Which honestly was a pleasant change to be honest. Heck the fact he got rid of the backstabbing imbecile Fae honestly makes me want to congratulate him.

@@Shadowfire129 The thing is that his Oberon part was angry at us for destroying Lostbelts as if destroying fiction because, let's face it, is a very evil thing to do from the destroyed fantasy worlds pov, even Galahad warned us this was a absolutely grey area. And his Vortigen part wanted to destroy that damn lostbelt of treacherous deranged Fae.
So altought a villain he had quite a good reason behind, so doesnt feel as evil as Sprigan or Aurora.
We must agree that getting rid of Lostbelts 1 to 5 was, tought for survival, a large genocide. So his Oberon part isn't even wrong about it. I like characters facing us about that every often.
Vortigen did nothing wrong tho, lmao.

@@onemoregodrejected9369 oh I know that, just didn't want to give too many spoilers but yeah this whole lost belt 1-5 has been a very grey zone and leaves a lot of bitter emotions at the end. It's been mention and talked about what we do and how in a sense while we are trying to save our "world" we have to destroy someone else's quite a lot. Only for 6th to be incredibly ironic in multiple ways. Looking like the most fantasy based and being the most twisted. The "bad guys" were the most moral out of all the inhabitants. The lost belt king succeeded in his goal (at least his first one). We could had recreated a new team A but Pepper died. This being the first lost belt we could actually save/bring people out and we are all too ready to see it burn to the ground. I could go on but you get it.
