Hey! I love this method but won't the glue weaken with time or because of sweating and make the pieces come out?
Hi there 👋 while I'm not the talented stylist in this video, I have made a few of these before. To answer, they hold up pretty well to manipulation, sweat and cleansing. One of mine lasted for years. If you need to, it's pretty easy to repair with a fresh dab of hot glue. Hope this helps 😊

@@faithnamie3667 you're very welcome 😊Oh, and I thought of 2 tips for a first time attempt! I use the fishnet caps when I use hot glue. I find that makes for a stretchy base. The first one I made didn't fit my head because I used the wrong cap. And if you use a hard plastic mannequin head, spritz a bit of cooking spray on it before making the unit. Or cover it with parchment or wax paper, maybe. I didn't do that the first time and I had a terrible time getting it off. Best of luck to you 🌟

This technique sadly did not work for me because it kept covering my eyes but its probably because of the wefts i got
oh sorry! yeah its hard to get perfect finish if the weft is too thick, next time try to separate the weft before using it. that way it will be easy to work it.
