No one is telling that why do we need it....what is significance....how it formed...and its history.....I hope... will get it

sir at zero degree celcius the water s already its ice why we have to refrigerate to become ice again
have you heard of latent heat ? water can exist at 0 c . if we remove latent heat of fusion it will become ice at 0c.
