I've been watching Lawrence Weiner interviews/talks/things like this, and I'm getting really bothered by all the musical accompaniment. One, he structures his thoughts so that if you miss even one word in a sentence you won't understand his idea, and 2, his work is not emotional in itself but it evokes a response, and if so be it, emotion. To put music onto his words is going against his philosophy. Music spreads a layer of molasses over whatever it is working with. Not everything needs to be sweet and easy to eat. What is so scary about the sound of the human voice alone? How would I feel if there was no music in this video? Am I drunk? Yeah, but you know what I mean.

true but It means they respect him a lot ... They value him a lot .. It is not that bad ... I understand your point .. But for some people it will help them even more his work and words !!!!!
