- During our break, our Canadian colleagues would like to try to eat the famous delicacy of the Filipinos the "Balut". So Dutch and Loloy both Filipinos bought balut and brought some for them to be tried on. Brad (Guy in a blue hoodie) our supervisor, had been visited to Cebu Philippines before but haven't tried to eat there. Spencer wants to try it since its a famous food. Jacob (with glasses) is curious but sad to say he didn't make it, perhaps he was carried away by the emotions because before the eating challenge occurred they browsed youtube videos of how to eat balut and they saw the videos with the egg having a big embryo in it. Paul (orange hoodie)wants to try but eventually decides to back out but he is courageous enough to take the challenge back and steal the balut from Jacob, and eat it. Saving Jacob from the challenge. It was a fun moment since most of them (the white guys) work in day shifts and the Filipinos at night.

They definitely do. My old fab shop where I work at the Filipinos had so much character and was great sharing a laugh with. 😂😂😂.

Worked with lots of Philipinos in my old CAT Deisel shop for 28 years in Toronto. Great guys, lots of laughs and joking around. But I would never eat their Balut. All there other foods but not that.
