Thankyou Emily. Excellent tutorial with lots of tips. I appreciate you taking the time to do this tutorial....you've given me confidence to move forward with mounting some treasured cross stitch projects that does not involve too much cost. x
I'm glad it was helpful! I've found mine have stood up well over time - I just make sure to keep them out of the sun, as there's no UV protective glass in front.
Thanks for sharing such a fabulous rustic cross stitch framing idea...it looks perfect. Love your gardener with black background. French navy colour would be wonderful too. This work deserves proper framing when $ allow cos it's so beautiful.
Have you thought about going to a thrift store & grabbing 2 matching frames? Bring them home, pop the glass out & make a shadow box for your pinned finished pieces? This would allow you to keep the dust off of them. Beautiful work!!
Great idea! And you explained this very well. I'm going to give this a try. Love how the black behind the hardanger really highlights the cut work. Thanks for showing us how!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! You are an amazing teacher; everything you say makes sense and you're very thorough in your instruction. It's hard to find a video that makes me feel as though I could do the craft with confidence after watching it, but this one hit the pin right on the head (lol 'cause you used pins instead of nails, get it?)

Great tutorial, might try it
I wonder if the Yes glue would work better if it were a new jar. Since it did seem discovered, it may have lost something.
Super your talent
