Because no rules or laws for house numbers. In case of emergency also difficult. Sometimes a SWAT team runs into the wrong house or wrong appartement. Our e-scooters are limited to 13 mph max. went around 6 miles exploring and my tire went flat with my s10 :( such a long process to replace the tubes
