It’s very very real to be feeling guilty for how you’re feeling with what’s happening, these things can trigger so many feelings we didn’t know until in the moment! You don’t need to appologise/try not to appologise for not filming not feeling great or rambling ect, as you’ve said this is your therapy and outlet and it’s good to just hear you get that out :)) the guilt is something I’ve felt myself when relating other peoples situations to me own as someone with autism it’s so hard to not feel these things with full empathy and it does feel selfish a bit to relate memories to others present struggles and have these feelings resurface but from other vlogs and you saying relationships have improved I’ve no doubt they understand that the feelings around your step dads parents passing is relatable for you and your family
Thanks so much for reassuring me, it's my brain always needing to apologise and check it's ok to feel a way or just keep saying sorry but yeah as you say everyone is in a good place to understand why I relate and got to actually see people this weekend and give hugs and that so feel better and had both my mum and sisters say they get it and understand which is nice. Hope you're doing ok lovely x
Have you thought about trying something like echinacea to boost your immune system, and/or a high dose of vitamin C? Zinc can help too... Love your hair a bit shorter and sticking up on top!
I do need to start taking my vitamins again as I know there are gaps from my diet so I will get back on them to see if they'll help my poor overused immune system and thanks I look like I've put my finger in a plug but all just because of thick hair, no products at all!
Sending you so much love!!!!! ❤
Ah thank you lovely x 💕
